Great for family gatherings

We celebrated Thanksgiving here and enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone in the family. The house was clean and so was the pool/hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent. A property management company was available if needed.

Nationals Home Base

I am the coach of a high school dance team. And we stayed here for our national dance competition. It was absolutely perfect. I felt totally safe having all of the girls together. There was plenty of space for us to be together when we needed to be. And separate when they needed time alone everything was just as promised. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Great house

Convenient to Disney. Enjoyed all themed bedrooms and Abu dance of space for our extended family. Had a fun day at the club pools. Stacie was great to communicate with for any minor adjustments we needed. It was a great base for a hectic vacation week.

The home offered many amenities that our family enjoyed. There weren’t enough towels to accommodate our group for use for bathing and swimming. We reported this to the property management and requested that more towels be delivered however this never happened.

Spacious, Stunning Decor, Very Quiet Resort!!

We loved everything about our stay. Right around the corner from the Water Park Clubhouse made this the perfect spot within a perfect community. The people there were very respectful of each other and there was no chaos at the waterpark. It was very relaxing! The home's decor was absolutely stunning and very updated. The kitchen included everything you could imagine! The beds are all super comfortable with newer mattresses. I simply cannot say enough about the care that has gone into this lovely rental home. Thank you for making our experience with our children and grands better than we ever dreamed possible!

Loved it

We stayed at this property over spring break. We had a few hiccups with the air but the owner responded quickly and got someone out ASAP to fix it. Only issue is the Doorwall being so heavy and difficult to open. It was left cracked a few times because my parents who are in their 80’s couldn’t get it shut. Other than that no issues. Pool was clean and owner was very helpful in helping with instructions for games and also theatre room. The house is beautiful as well as the resort area. We rented cabanas and it was totally worth the money. We would absolutely stay at this property again as there is nothing negative to say about it.

Another great stay on the books

This is our second time staying at Stacie and Kent’s beautiful home.The house is well kept and perfect for a family with active and energetic kids, like ours. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and gorgeous. The club house is lively and fun. Stacie and Kent are incredible hosts and prompt to resolve any concerns. We felt very comfortable. 10 out of 10!Until next time!

Family Vacation 2025

There were a few issues that were very aggravating The kitchen floor was not cleaned, we found and stepped on small pieces of glass, food was left in a drawer in theater room, there were a few broken knobs on one of dressers, the TVs did not workAfter driving 2 days to get there it was upsettingThere was no information book to guide how to use anythingI have never been to a VRBO location that didnt have a guide bookAlso there was additional 250 charges to use hot tub and 85 grill We didnt use either Having said all this the host responded immediately regarding the issues and walked us thru how to get all TVs working. Not just pushing buttons on a remote, we had to go into breaker box etc... batteries had to sent to us the next day. If we didnt have tech knowledge there would have been no way it would have been fixed and we would have had to wait a full day before we could enjoy it. We had 14 family members with 5 kids The host offered the use of the hot tub to compensate. Overall it was a nice house We have stayed in Champions Gate before This house is beautiful and pretty cool but who ever the host has maintaining this property they're doing a poor jobEvery TV should be checked prior to new guests, every drawer should be checked for anything left behind, anything broken should be fixed or tell the new guestsAgain the host replied to every issueBut for the price these issues shouldn't have been there to begin withThis can be a 5 star house but right now 4 star

We loved this house!!

My family and I really loved staying here. My kids loved the spacious rooms and the Theater room. They enjoyed playing in the arcade room. They swam in the pool everyday we were there. My family enjoyed the outside patio with the tv. Overall the house was so amazing and we had a blast. My favorite part was my kids were entertained the whole stay with things to do.

Family Florida get away

Second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! The kids love the pool and the game room, there’s so much for them to be active with when we aren’t venturing the parks. All the tourist sites are easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back, thank you again for the memories!

The house was perfect for our family! Some of the games did not work as shown in the photos but the backyard pool was great! The theater room was a huge success! The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and always responded!

Amazing home and owners.

We just got home from Florida and we’re already planning our next stay. Stacie & Kent’s home was perfect. The entire house was clean and neat inside and out. My kids thoroughly enjoyed everything. The pool, the game room, the space. Stacie and Kent were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. We couldn’t figure out the grill. Stacie quickly provided step by step instructions and when that didn’t work, she had someone stop by to help. Our kids did not want to leave. ;) Amazing house, amazing hospitality - just perfect.

Perfect Home!

We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!

We had the best time here! Our family of 15 was very comfortable and felt right at home. We had 7 adults and 8 kids between the ages of 4-15 and we all enjoyed our stay here. The kids especially liked the pool and theatre room. We appreciated the strollers available to use in the storage closet. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the necessary equipment to cook large meals for the whole group. We loved the house and would stay there again!

Perfect for our group getaway!

We had an amazing time! Our group of 9 adults and 2 children (ages 6 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The theatre room, pool and game room were huge hits with the kids, and the adults took advantage of the outdoor seating which allowed for our relaxation while being able to supervise the kids swimming. The gated community was beautiful and the Oasis club was such a great added bonus to our stay! We could have taken an additional day just hanging out there enjoying the lazy river!

Multigenerational Family Disney Holiday

Overall we would definitely recommend the property. It was perfect for our family of 14. Lots is space. We did a lot of our own cooking and kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet meals. Location was ideal to get to Disney and Universal Parks. Lots of grocery and shopping store very close. Oasis club walking distance. We rented cars. Did not use Uber. Minor issues with 2 games in game room. Air hockey fan does not move the puck. Stars wars game did not work. Lots of other options though. We ran into challenges w 2 of our group’s names not on the entry gate listing which is huge inconvenience at check in. Also the line up at the entry gate can be very long. Host responded very quickly, but still added an hour to check in. Because we had a toddler and crawler we discovered under beds, corners etc could use a good cleaning/vacuuming. Barbeque very dirty. TV’s everywhere, which is wonderful. We didn’t make much use of the theatre room as too busy visiting with family. There was a Christmas Tree set up in the family room when we arrived. Everyone excited about that! Pool & Hot tub perfect! Baby paraphernalia on site for us. Thanks for making our holiday wonderful!
