The property was beautiful and the location was perfectly set with dining and entertainment options within very easy walking distance. We enjoyed the H2O waterpark which is also within perfect walking distance. Our only issues we found a little inconvenient were that they only seemed to have ice machines available on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floor of the hotel. During our stay, the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work and the reader(little thingy on the door to gain access) for the 5th floor ice machine apparently had a dead battery. We had to trek all the way to the 1st floor ice machine which was thankfully working to grab ice for our room. On the last night of our stay, after walking back from dinner at the best by plaza we couldn’t gain access to our room being the reader on our room door’s battery had apparently died and needed replacing. Thankfully the Maintenance man showed up quickly and fixed the door so we could gain access. He was a very nice young man. Fixed the door within a couple mins. I will say that the hallways are very warm so sitting there waiting for those few mins felt a little longer being were a little tired and beat from the sun those few days we were there. The room was very beautiful though and comfortable as well. Our son really enjoyed the pool area which was very relaxing and not over crowded. Overall, our stay was very nice and we’d definitely consider booking again on a future visit to Orlando. Everyone was very nice there.
