Modern 6BR Resort|Private Pool + Near Disney

This two-story home with outstanding views is just renovated from top to bottom. It has six bedrooms and four baths in the gated community. The home is an open concept for the living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen. The kitchen area provides plenty of seating for everyone for entertaining. All bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a tub, and a separate shower, are upstairs. This home provides the best entertainment available with the pool table and the A/C game rọom.

Enter the newly renovated villa; you immediately notice the pool table where you can play pool games and watch a large flat-screen TV. Picture yourself having dinner in the professionally decorated dining room.
The modern kitchen with granite counters and all-new stainless steel appliances is ready for your cooking talent. With A/C and a Fully stocked game room with a foosball/air hockey table, Nintendo games offer you countless fun times.
The outdoor area has a table, six chairs, and an outdoor sofa with a covered porch and patio. Please enjoy the private heated pool and spa. You`ll have a tranquil setting with a view of trees and an open green space.

We have a network of properties in resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Soltera Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more. You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if you unfortunately lose a house you couldn`t book in time?
We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love, in the same lodge, you would like to stay, or even rent another place in the same resort for your big group. It`s so amazing.
In general, you have many choices in your hands.

This house has three parking spaces in total (for three cars). Additional vehicles can park in the shopping center parking lot nearby.


The resort is only two miles from Walt Disney World. It takes you a five-minute drive or two traffic lights to Disney World. The resort is even closer than some of the Walt Disney World properties. You can go to the parks in the morning, come back for a dip in the pool, and be back in the parks for dinner and fireworks with ease. You explore many nearby theme parks and play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses; right next door is Mystic Dunes! (rated the second-best course in the Orlando area).

Disney World is five minutes away. Other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal, and International Drive are less than 15 minutes away. For golfers, Mystic Dunes is right next door, as well as the fantastic Disney courses and the championship courses at Reunion and Champions Gate, are less than ten minutes away. Orlando International Airport is an easy 30-minute drive along the 417 from the resort.

All resort amenities are included in the booking.

* After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night. The maximum occupancy capacity is 14 guests.
* The house allows only 3 cars. If you have more than 3 cars please let you know before you arrive.
* We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.
Extra charge if you`d like to use:
- Heated pool: $45/day for the full stay, minimum four days, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum). You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won`t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.

* We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking ( sign guest agreement, security deposit), and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn`t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won`t refund.
