The house was clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was very responsive. It was close to the parks and having our own pool after long hot days at the parks was a treat! Nice quiet neighborhood and the green space behind the house was lovely. We would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here Jan-March 2025.Very quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly what was expected with a few bonuses ( spices available , and books to read )The furniture was comfortable and the house was clean.The pool was great , floating around on hot days after playing a round of golf at one of several close golf courses was a treat.The management company was prompt with our one issue.The owner kept us informed about anything that happened in Florida ( hurricanes). Also were available to ask about anything in the area , restaurants ectDefinitely will go back in future trips.

Relaxing Getaway

We're from Wisconsin so really enjoyed soaking up the sun in the beautiful pool area. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. I reached out to the property owner a couple of times prior to our stay and received an almost immediate response. We'd recommend to others and would stay again. Only drawback was not being about to set the thermostat lower, it was very warm for sleeping, in our opinion.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Davenport with our two kids (ages 4 and 7), and it was an great experience! The villa was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the owners was a breeze – they were always prompt and very pleasant to deal with. The house was clean and comfortable, if a little warm due to thermostat restrictions. Beds were comfortable and my family enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient to the parks, with the drive to Universal parking averaging 35 minutes. Communication was prompt, although a few notices came through in the host's native language. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property!

Hidden Gem

We came with friends to experience our first month away in retirement and we got a wonderful, restful time at this property. We took many walks around the area. Spent much time at this beautiful heated pool which looked out to a preserve. Everyone raved about the comfy beds. This location is also walking distance to grocery stores and other conveniences. The owners and management company are very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We hope to do it again.

Our stay at Villa Dutchess was fantastic. Great property, good quiet location but only 20-30 mins drive from most parks. Supermarkets near by. Beds super comfy (not always the case in holiday rentals), tasteful interior and well equipped. The true test is when you are faced with an issue - the property management were responsive and quick to rectify with no inconvenience to our stay. Owners super helpful with information regarding hurricane. Would highly recommend.

Amazing villa - sad to leave

We are home from 15 nights at this villa, it was clean, very spacious and comfortable. We all loved relaxing here, watching the wildlife in the morning from the pool area and enjoying the peaceful location. Beds comfortable for everyone and kitchen sufficiently equipped. We would 💯 stay again! Restaurants a short 5 mins drive away as is Publix. Location to the parks was ok, due to roadworks it did take us longer than expected but this couldn’t be helped and hopefully will be finished soon. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely holiday home. We hope to come back soon. 🙂

A home away from home

Villa Dutchess had pleased us so well before that we came back this year. Again, we had a fantastic time. As soon as you step inside, you have the feeling of being at home. Villa Dutchess is well maintained, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and not to mention a lovely pool. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and dining. Also the various parks are easily accessible by car. Contact with the owners Alice and Frans is very smooth. We will definitely come back here for a third time.

Older property that is nicely decorated, light switches not working correctly have to use lamps, so it can be quite dark in the house. Only 2 of us staying on this visit so only used main bedroom, bed very comfortable, shower tap was stuck when we arrived but after contact with owner we managed to free it up and it was then fine to use. Owner was excellent at communicating, rental company was a little hit and miss with their notifications and updates. Neighbourhood is very quiet and in a nice area, not far from Disney.

A truly superb villa!

We have been renting villas in Florida for 27 years and by far this one is the best. I’m already looking for a villa for next year and haven’t found anywhere that compares to this one. It was immaculately clean. Was slightly worried about the carpet before we came as they can be stained and worn. Needn’t have worried it was like new ! The villa is obviously well cared for by the owners and we loved the outside area. All sorts of wildlife pass by we saw rabbits a raccoon a possum and 3 large birds that came by daily. We had the best 3 weeks here and look forward to returning !
