My family enjoyed the stay at Residence Inn. The breakfast was amazing and worth the stay! We also liked the free shuttle to the Universal parks, closeness to the parks and friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to any family!

Our three day stay was great! Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfast! My only dislikes were the condition of the pool and inadequate lighting in bathroom for beauty routine. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

The staff was really helpful. I arrived early and the staff member helped me with a few hours early check in and and accommodated all our needs. We were able to go to Universal Studios and enjoy our day rather than waiting for check in time. The Hotel is about a 20 minutes walking distance from City Walk and the Shuttle runs a few times in the morning to the parks. The rooms a very clean and confortable, big showers, quiet (did not hear the neighbors,) very nice kitchen. But the best part is the cleanliness of the entire location. Although, pet friendly, the place does not smell like pets.

Hotel is in a good location and you can easily walk to restaurants and Walgreens. The shuttle service was great. You could pick four slots in the morning to go to the parks and four slots to come back. The breakfast was repetitive but good. The selection was decent as well. Some of the front desk staff employees were friendly and others not so much and seemed annoyed when you needed something. Towels at the pool would have been great but you usually have to ask after 6pm. Overall, it was a good stay.

Upon my stay, I ran into several inconveniences. While that might deter you from staying, I continued my stay due to the excellent quality of the staff. Every time there was an issue, the staff always jumped to help and make things right and that to me means a lot more than staying at some super fancy hotel. Plus, it’s definitely great for solo travelers and it’s right across the street from Universal Studios. You definitely get a bag for your bargain. I plan on returning several more times it is definitely going to be in my favorites list.

The service overall exceeded expectations. This will be a good option for next vacation in Orlando. The only issue we faced was getting change for the laundry, It would be great to upgrade the equipment so you could pay with credit/debit card.
