Love to come back

Lovely quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to any issues. don't expect everything to be perfect when you rent someone else's home. there are small blemishes here and there as in all homes. large and nice pool with new outdoor furniture. we had a great time and would love to come again

Great size pool, net on lanai need some repairs to stop the small insects getting through. Good facilities, quiet area.

Fantastic stay

Spent a fantastic week at Matthew’s villa. Great location and everything provided that we needed. Plenty of space to relax and a great pool. The kids had a fantastic time. Would definitely come again!

Florida Getaway

We stayed for 8 days. Great spot close to everything you need for family fun. We did Disneyworld, legoland, gatorworld, cocoa beach, clearwater beach and some shopping. Exceptional communication with property management. Would return again.

Home away from home

Stayed for 9 nights with my husband our two kids. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was as expected from photos. Yes it’s a bit outdated but we don’t care about that. We’re not fancy people so don’t require a fancy house. Host was very kind to let us stay till noon on checkout day since our flight was late. Only constructive criticism I have is that there were no cleaning supplies or extra toilet paper to get through our long stay. We had to go buy dish soap and dishwasher pods. No extra garbage bags either. So bring your own if you don’t want to spend the extra money.

Convenient and Nice Getaway.

The property was ready when we arrived and very clean. The first floor ensuite was very convenient. The location was perfect for Disney, Universal and Sea world (less than 30 minutes). Very convenient for grocery stores. Neighborhood was a quiet residential area. We had some heavy storms and woke one morning to a slightly green pool. Called Matthew and property manager was there within the hour, cleaned and treated the pool and we were ready to swim in 3 hours. Great Service.

Relaxing break

Granted, the villa interior is a little dated ut it gas everything anyone could want for a great stay. Beds were comfy. Air con was good, if a little noisy at times but not often. The one issue however, is the pool. Dont get me wrong, it's great and big for the area. However there are some issues with small tears in the netting around it and gaps between the frame and the deck allowing little bugs to get in. These have to be fished out daily with a net. It's not a big deal and only spoiled the holiday a tiny bit. However, I feel it is something that needs addressed and is an easy fix. I note that some e complained about this a year or so ago. Overall though, my daughter and I had a great time. It was quiet, relaxing and completely private. Matthew, the host, was very quick to address any minor problems and I would stay here again. The woods at the back come alive at night with a cacophony of noise. It was delightful and there appear to be a family of eagles nearby which could be seen almost daily from the pool. This is a spacious, well equipped villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Our stay was very enjoyable

Nice house in nice neighborhood

We loved the house and its layout. Great extra sized pool to spend the hot days in.Free grill use was the added bonus.The neighborhood was real nice and quiet. No issues there.

Disappointing

We have booked homes in Orlando, Florida for six straight years with heated pools, and paid the extra fee, as we live in Ohio and wanted to enjoy swimming in a heated pool as the primary reason for vacationing in Florida. Our reviews every year have all been positive by the owners, as they provided us pools that were heated to 84-88 degrees. The location of this home was excellent in close proximity to Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores and the neighborhood was quiet and great for daily walks. We found the floor was dirty when we arrived and the entry lock was difficult to navigate.HOWEVER, we were so disappointed that when we arrived the pool was not clean nor heated. The temperature of the pool was 66-72 degrees, much too cold to swim in and dirty. We contacted the owner and we thought he was slow to respond and the pool never reached more than 72 degrees. He refunded the money we paid for having the pool heated, but it ruined our vacation. This home would be great if you do not want to use the pool.

I wouldn't call it gorgeous.

Here are our pros and cons about this property. Cons, the house seemed dated. The cookware certainly was! The pool seemed dirty. The walls were not clean and it appears there is moss on the bottom? We are not pool owners, so can't say for sure. The previous concerns with the Master bed has been rectified, but bring/buy your own pillows, these were aweful! Wish the house was cooler. Buy/bring your own paper towels/toilet tissue, as it was limited. There was a leak under sink which caused an ant situation. The bedroom TV has much to be desired. It could be a remote issue. Pros, the TV in living area was great! Lots of channels. Washer and dryer came in handy. Quiet neighborhood. The landscape was fine. The bathrooms are updated. VERY quick response(s) from the property manager. All in all, ok property. Worth the nightly rate, especially compared to a hotel. If you want quiet you will find it here.

Nice, well equipped property

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice property, a little tired here and there, particularly around pool area as the pool needs resurfacing and re-tiling, didn’t detract from our enjoyment though, bug screen had a few holes but overall it was clean and very well equipped. Comms with host had been great and very prompt until our last night when the AC played up in 100 degrees and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help. Great for family groups of all ages and good location for both Disney and Universal parks.

Really enjoyed our stay

We booked this villas as my sister had stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Ok the property is a bit dated and a few improvements could be made eg replacing the nets in the pool that have small holes in. However, this didn’t distract from our enjoyment. Villas pool was big the children loved it, beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. It was a very quiet area and lovely and peaceful which was welcome after a day at the parks. The location is great, near to the 192 which has an array of places to eat and shops etc. less than 20 minutes from Disney and half an hour to universal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Attention

The owner monitors us via camera... there are small parasites in the kitchen... old carpet on the floor... and also the owner offers a refund if we give 5 stars... so be careful it's really not a 5 star...make up your mind...

Fantastic area

Overall we had a great time. The property could do with a deep clean, but we managed just fine. The kids adored the pool, it’s a good size and we paid extra for heating. The laundry facilities are second to none. Only real niggle is the mattress in the master suite, it’s truly terrible and needs replacing asap. I know this has been mentioned in previous reviews so it’s disappointing this has not been sorted. The villa is in a lovely quiet area just off I95. Lots of good places to eat locally and a Walmart or Target 5 minutes away.

Fantastic place

We stayed here for a week to visit Universal Studios and Seaworld. In 30 min you are at the parks. Lovely villa with nice swimmingpool. Everything you need is in the villa. Quiet neighborhood which is great. We recommend it for family’s. Communication with Matthew is perfect!

Awesome location

This property was in a great location. The only thing is there is no TV's in the upstairs rooms only living room and master and it was hard with 3 kids wanting to watch there own shows when they are settling down. The master bed does need to be replaced, but I would stay here again we loved it.

Great town and stay

Overall house works great. The pool is awesome was a little dirty but the rain didn’t help. Was disappointed the master bedroom mattress hadn’t been replaced as it’s horrible. Master bathroom sink had a very strong bad smell. Matthew was easy to talk to and responsive. Upstairs bath tub is very slippery and my son had fallen and sliced his toe due to that. Overall this was our second time staying there. The town and surrounding town is awesome lots to do. Neighborhood is also nice and quite.
