This marvelous house in Bella Vida Resort is a true gem, renovated in 2024 to provide a unique experience for its guests. With 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms, this house is perfect for accommodating large groups, with a capacity for up to 30 people.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with 2 refrigerators, is ideal for preparing meals for all guests. The garage has been transformed into an exciting Avengers Game Room, offering entertainment for all ages. The Loft has been converted into a spacious Star Wars Theater, featuring a giant screen for up to 8 people to enjoy an unparalleled cinematic experience.

The 12 bedrooms are truly unique. Standouts include the 2 master suites, each with a king and a twin bed. There are also 3 rooms with king-sized beds, 4 with queen-sized beds, a Mario Bros World-themed room with 2 full beds and an arcade for added fun, a princess castle room with 2 full beds and a playful slide for kids, along with an arcade and the Harry Potter room offers a full bed and unique Harry Potter features that you'll discover upon entering.

The house features a spacious living and dining area, providing a cozy atmosphere for socializing. A half-bath serves both the living spaces and the pool area, perfect for relaxation and refreshment.

The fun continues in the fully equipped Avengers Game Room, offering 4 arcades and 2 consoles, along with an air hockey table to please all tastes. The state-of-the-art cinema with 4K imagery and Surround Sound 5.1 channels provides a premium cinematic experience.

Nice home in need of a Deep cleaning and repairs

This is a nice home, but is in need of repair. The bed in my sons room literally broke when my husband sat on the bed. The home was not clean, the cleaning crew need to be replaced. The door handles on most of the rooms were falling off. I called, text and sent a message through my vbro account, with no response. I finally called the owner of the property who came and open the washer room door so that we could use the washer. The furniture and carpet was filthy. The walls could definitely use a good cleaning. I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years so this review is coming from a place of knowledge of how a home should look and feel when your guess arrive. To charge that amount of money for cleaning fees and to enter a home that wasn't clean left a very bad taste for Maximum Vacation homes.
