Staff was amazing, room was picked up but had lots of bug life including spiders,ants and German roach infestation. Ice machine didn’t work. T.V worked but was cracked. Bed was broken.

Overall it was a very convenient stay with having multiple outlets within driving distance. I enjoyed the pool as well. The only issues I had was there were brown stains on the curtains and 2 of the towels were not clean. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom vent which was very annoying as well. I would advise to make sure the cleaning staff double checks the room and linen when they are done.

The service provided by the receptionist on duty was excellent. However, the room had dirty chairs, the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely filthy, and there was a foul smell of cigarette smoke throughout the facility's hallways; consequently, we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel. I do not recommend this place.

The only issue we had was the hot tub not being hot. Other than that, we had such a great time! Staff is super friendly and helpful, and all of the other guests were very nice. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice room and a quiet environment for a stay near the parks in Orlando. Many restaurants nearby. Only glitch was no waste basket of any kind in the room. Not a big glitch, however.

Best hotel!

This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.
