We had the most amazing holiday at this property. Upon arrival the house was clean, tidy and had all the amenities you could need. The resort felt safe and the neighbours quiet thus allowing us a peaceful holiday. The location overlooking the lake was beautiful and we throughly enjoyed watching the vast array of birdlife and fish. The house is 20mins away from Disney but also equidistant between east and west coasts which we also visited. Our sincere thanks to a great host and we hope to return one day.

Wonderful location close to Disney. Immaculate home very clean and welcoming after long days at the parks. Great setting in the lake with southern exposure and backyard screened in pool. Great game room separate from the living room so the kids can watch their own TV and hang out.

Our family truly enjoyed our time in Florida, and having such a wonderful house made the experience even better. The five bedrooms and four full baths were perfect for our family of ten. On days when we weren’t visiting the amusement parks, we appreciated being able to use the on-site tennis and basketball courts, as well as the game room in the house.

Beautiful home, fabulous host

Our party of eight included eight year-old granddaughters, their parents in their late 30s early 40s, and grandparents in their late 60s. We found this home to be extremely clean, convenient to all the Disney action, and the pool was an absolute must for our granddaughters. The home decor was lovely, and the home itself well appointed. I would love to stay here again someday.

The view from the pool was very nice.It was close to grocery stores and other things. It was perfect place to stay with my family. I left my hair dryer and they will mail it back to my home. Maddie was quick to respond to my messages and is thoughtful.

Best villa we have stayed in!

I could not find fault with this villa at all. The brand-new mattresses were very comfortable. The heated pool was perfect, and very much enjoyed by the kids. Overall it's the best villa we have stayed at, in and around the Kissimmee area. We look forward to returning and have already booked our next stay in this lovely villa.

Fabulous holiday in Florida

Southview is a lovely house, in picturesque surroundings looking out onto the lake. ideally located in Kissimmee, great for restaurants and a short drive to the parks. The property has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation, highly recommended. I hope to stay here again in the future. The owner of this property was a first class host and went beyond expectations to ensure my family had a fabulous experience staying there.

What a beautiful home!

From the moment we booked to the moment we got back to the UK Maddie looked after us and made us feel so welcome. The house is beautiful, in a lovely, gated, tranquil community and has those gorgeous sunsets every day! If you want the convenience of being near the parks (and everything else Orlando has to offer) but appreciate a bit of time and space to unwind at the end of the day, I can’t see how you could do much better than this home.

The home is great except for the mattresses on all 3 king beds were extremely worn out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor light by the pool was out but Maddie responded quickly and the bulbs were placed by the next day.

Our group of eight retirees enjoyed our stay very much. Maddie (owner) responds quickly and is lovely to communicate with. Everything was clean and as-advertised. We found mid-stay that we wanted heat in the pool (extra charge), and we were there Sept 20-30, if that helps anyone else decide. Without the extra heat, it was ok for some, but a little too cool for others.

This home is exactly as described in the listing. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything you want to do. Home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time - brilliant location: convenient for parks, shops and restaurants, very safe and secure. Only used the 3 double rooms as a party of 6 adults: lots of space and the beds were SUPER comfy…. All the mod-cons and facilities you could ever want in a villa, Maddie has thought of / provided everything - pool was lovely on our chill days, we even tried a bit of fishing in the beautiful lake but no luck 😝 Would definitely recommend Southview, our stay was perfect in every way and communication was excellent right from the very first message to the time we left. We had a wonderful April vacation stay at this property. We have rented other places in the past and this one was by far our best yet. We cook a lot and found that the cookware and appliances were perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool (we had it heated) and enjoyed fishing in the lake. We would definitely return to this property again. Maddie was very responsive during our time there with any communication. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time. There was adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be able to spread out and have the own space as needed. Everyone absolutely loved the heated pool and spa. If we were to do a similar trip in the future we would definitely contact Maddie. She was wonderful to communicate with about all aspects of the rental. 5 stars all the way. No complaints about anything.

Beautiful vacation escape

This home was amazing. The pictures and descriptions in the listing were exact. We felt so comfortable staying here for our vacation. It is conveniently located close to all the theme parks which was a huge help. The security gates and guard station gave us a lot of comfort knowing we were safe. The pool and game room were our favorite spots to hang out when we weren't at a theme park. Maddie left very detailed and easy to understand rules and information we would need for our stay. She was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. The whole resort was beautifully maintained. We will definitely stay here again!
