For entertainment, you'll find an Ethernet connection and a TV to keep you connected and entertained during your downtime. If you're traveling with children, we've got you covered with a Pack 'n Play/Travel crib and a selection of children's books and toys.

Your safety is our top priority. The property is equipped with security cameras, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, smoke alarms, and a fire extinguisher to ensure a worry-free stay.

This is a non-smoking residence. Guests are responsible for the safety of both children and adults in the pool area, which is private and equipped with a safety mesh. If you wish to heat the pool, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in.

There is an additional charge for pool heating, of 150$ +30/per day after stays of 2 days. The private pool measures 15x10 feet and has a depth of 4 feet, and it can be heated to a maximum temperature of 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

For families with young children, we are pleased to offer complimentary Pack'n'Plays and high chairs with prior notice. Please note that we do not provide toys, so kindly bring your own. If you require cribs, you can arrange for delivery through otterequipmentcom directly to our property during your stay.

If you're looking to savor the flavors of outdoor grilling, we offer the option to use our BBQ grill. The fee for the grill is $30, and if you require propane, there is an additional charge of $30, plus the value of the propane tank. Please be sure to notify us at least one day in advance if you plan to use any of these options during your stay.

Great Disney Access Location

Our stay at this location was very good. Communication with management was exceptional but there was some other minor issues that prevented a 5* rating. such as the garbage container thats located by the front door entrance ( same for all houses in the community) was stained with food & grime that attracts bugs and insects, the towels need replacement and more of them, two of the tvs were not receiving signals. The community club house snack bar and game room were closed. In all fairness i did not complain about these issues because i just wanted to spend a relaxing week there without going back and forth but Management did respond immediately when i did contact them and get a 5 star+ rating.
