Windsor 10BD Disney Villa for large group! Pool/SPA/Game/BBQ/5 Kings/30 sleeps!

This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor Island Resort, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (15 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are ten bedrooms: five king bedrooms, one double Queen bedroom, two double full bedroms, one bedroom has a Twin Bunk bed and a full bed , another one has two Twin Bunks. The home has eight bathrooms, including 4 king master suites and one full/full suite. There are two tubs in the first floor and the second floor seperately. Total 30 people can all sleep in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances as well as all necessary utensils. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside two 8 seating dining tables and chairs. Two large friges for large group.

A gas BBQ grill (optional service)makes poolside living even easier. Ceiling fans circulate air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated (optional service)pool and hot SPA.

The pool faces east-south, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. The outdoor sofa and chairs connect the living room with the pool area to make gathering eazy and happy.

Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, X-box game on twin TV screens as well as a rest area with drinks cabinet and freezer for relaxing time after a full day theme park visit or shopping trip.

You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, Sea World 20 mins, Magic Kindom 20 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 10 mins away from this villa.

An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. Just as advertised. We had a few issues with the hit tub, but maintenance was very responsive both times, even coming to the property to help us resolve the issue. Highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay! The home decor was pretty and the beds were nice and comfy. We really enjoyed the pool area most. The outdoor sitting area and saltwater pool were so relaxing. We spent a lot of time out there. The lazy river at the clubhouse was beautiful! To make the home even better, I would recommend treating for ants and we did see two roaches in the kitchen area. The ironing board was broken and I’d recommend having an iron with board on each floor for a house of this size. Overall, we would definitely rent again.

Overall great property and great location. The water park within the property was a great asset and perfect for our entire family of 19. Don’t let the outside size of the house fool you - tremendous amounts of room with 10 bedrooms and 8 baths. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We had a minor issue with the garage door but the property manager came within 30 mins and fixed it.

The property was very clean. The property manager responded in a timely manner. The house was fully furnished. The patio lights were not installed yet, per the manager. We paid for a heated pool , but we missed one day of enjoying it. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large getaway group. I would stay there again.

My family love the house enough room for everyone and no one had to wait to use the bathroom to get ready for the start of our day.The only down fall was no hand rails to get in and out of the pool.Because my family had family members that was older and health problems with,our legs and arms.Overall the House was lovely.

My family spent Christmas in this home and even though it was extremely cold for Florida, we did not mind because we never had to leave the home. From the location to the decor to things to keep us occupied, our host thought of everything. We have stayed in. The home is beautiful but the inside was filthy, had to clean and mop, couldn’t vacuum because the plug to vacuum damaged. The home had an ant and roach infestation. The carpet, fixtures and under bed had not been cleaned. It’s unfortunate because this would be a great property. The blinds were missing quite a few blinds and the back sliding door doesn’t lock, every time we checked the door it was unlocked. Didn’t help that the area has had numerous break ins. Didn’t feel safe.

The house is nicely decorated, well stocked with linens and beach towels. Way too close to the neighbors both back and side, Lot of noise late in the evening. Appliances could use some work, also, the pavers in Lani could use a good cleaning. could have used more serving bowls and more trash bags. Had some problems with the tv, needed instructions. All in all, we had a wonderful time, thanks Tracy

Working with Tracy was a breeze from answering all my questions to the check-out process. The house was perfect for our group of 6 moms and 6 daughters, each mom was able to have a good bed and their own bathroom; while the girls had plenty of room to spare (although we could have gotten by with 2 rooms for the girls since they all bunked up together in the wonderful bunk rooms). The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals and have enough dishes for all. Would recommend this house for people in the future. Thank You!

Lots of living space in this house, plenty of dishes/cutlery etc. Kids loved the upstairs games area. Beds were comfy. The clubhouse was a huge hit for everyone. Backyard pool and hot tub enjoyed by all. The entire house is showing signs of a lot of wear and tear and could use a thorough deep clean and fix-up of little things - all ceiling fans super dusty, outside furniture wearing out, some lights in bedrooms and bathrooms not working, bins in fridge doors broken, etc. On site manager Ricky was very responsive and helpful. All in all though, our family of 26 - 11 adults and 15 kids - were satisfied. Thanks!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in your house. It was perfect for our five families--very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Ages ranged from 5 to 73. We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. They also enjoyed the Family Night activities especially the Bounce houses. The house was located with easy access to all the Disney parks. We also went to Legoland and SeaWorld and two people went to Universal Studios. Easy driving to all these parks. The kitchen was large and we appreciated two refrigerators. The two dining room tables easily seated all 18 of us. We never felt crowded even with eight children between 5 and 13. Overall, it was a wonderful trip!!!
