The unit itself was pretty nice and the pool and spa were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was our bathtub. It had been painted and the paint was peeling and just not great for taking a bath in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Did enjoy our time there.

Despite having a no pet policy there was a very distinct cat urine smell in the bedroom of our rental. We purchased glade scent diffusers to mask the odors. The bedroom is at the entrance of the unit and you can hear everyone coming off the elevator and entering their condos. The bright side of our stay was a truly gorgeous view from the living room area and balcony. Location is good, the pool deck and outdoor area is nice and clean. Beach ramp is brand new.

Tropic sun tower was perfect. Great location. Great staff. Clean and comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say. I’d stayed there before and I hope to stay there again.

It has a lot of value for the money you pay. It is clean, right on the beach. The only downside is that the pool is closed, but the ocean is just steps away!

Up-to-date accommodations were an excellent value with a window and balcony looking directly onto the beach. Parking is easy right on the premises. The property is undergoing some exterior repair and enhancement with attendant noise during the week though apparently not on the weekend. We would stay here again.

My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing. We had all the amenities like a full size kitchen and 1 bedroom suite. Having a balcony with ocean view was super relaxing in the morning and nights. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! All the staff members we ran into were really nice. The price was amazing and definitely worth it.

The hotel itself is very nice. However the latest hurricane damage the pool and the beach so there is no pool and there's no beach access. So I suggest going somewhere else
