Check-in was efficient and the staff was very friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I could have heard a mouse pass gas due to how quite it was, which made for a very pleasant night sleep. I stayed in the Coburn building, it was amazing. The hotel is almost new. Everything was excellent during my stay. I was late to arrive at the hotel (1am) and staff was quick to present themself and check me in. They were very courteous and professional. The room was perfect and mattress was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this location next time I'm in the area. I was put in the basement below the sidewalk out my window in the old building on my second stay. My first stay in the new building same trip was lovely. I will never stay here again and take back any recommendations for you because of the horrible discrepancy in what room and parking you receive.
