The staff at the hotel is quite amazing. Very helpful, very nice. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The pictures presented on-line look amazing; in practice, however, the hotel is not in good condition. The outside of the hotel is a gathering place for locals engaged in clear drugs consumption. That was always a scary proposition when heading out of the hotel. Apparently, the hotel is close to the police station and we saw police engaging the people camped outside the hotel several time.

I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. The street is in a very sketchy area with a lot of homeless. The actual room smelled terrible and there was bed bugs and small spiders crawling on the sheets. We woke up with bites all over our bodies. It was terrible that we decided to go to the airport and sleep there for the night while we waited for our flight in the morning. You are better off at a different place

Clean room, helpful staff

El personal muy amable y cooperativo, nos ayudó a conseguir un médico privado al hotel. La sala de espera estaba infestado de mosquitos y el elevador terrible, a pesar de muy lento es exageradamente pequeñísimo, NO caben 2 personas y una maleta. Tuvimos que usar 2 ascensores muy lentos y pequeños .
