Summary:
Le Residenze del Maria Rosaria is a newly built apartment complex in the residential area of Orosei. The gorgeous beaches of Su Barone and Su Petrosu are just a short bike ride away. All apartments have Air Conditioning, Sardinian-style furnishings, and a private entrance with either a balcony or patio. There is no pool at the complex but Guests also get free access to the nearby Hotel Maria Rosaria's pool and solarium, as well as discounts at the hotel restaurant and pizzeria.

The Space:
(42/48 sq m): living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed (190 cm long), double bedroom (beds can be separated) and a bathroom.

Guest Access:
"NOTE: Check-in from 5pm to 8pm. Check-out by 10am. Arrivals after 8pm must be communicated in advance (at least 48 hours in advance) to the property , providing a telephone number. For arrivals after 10pm a supplement will be applied of €20.00. In case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of €50.00 may be requested for late communication of the arrival time the disposal of waste in special containers. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros

The Neighborhood:
The apartments are located within a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historic center dominated by the ruins of the ancient judicial castle. The Marina of Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence. All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style.
