Getting about is easy as the Dolmus runs every 15 minutes from the end of the road and takes five minutes to get to the centre of town. Taxis are also cheap and readily available. There are bikes available for your use at the property. Alternatively the walk into town is easy as although surrounded by mountains, Dalyan itself is flat. Mini market 5 minutes walk away.

Villa is furnished with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 large doubles, one with en suite shower/wet room, a twin bedroom and large family bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms are provided with bed linen and bathroom towels. There are additional towels available for pool and beach use.


The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery and glassware. There is a breakfast bar area with stools and a dining table and chairs.

The gardens are surrounded by trees providing colour and privacy and are well stocked with shrubs, palms and fruit trees.

The large terrace surrounding the pool provides ample space for relaxing and soaking up the sun, whilst the spacious covered balcony areas provide cooling shade in the heat of the day and are ideal for outdoors dining. The garden has a traditional kosk (raised seating area with cushions for relaxing).

There is a BBQ available for your use. There are sun loungers and garden furniture available.
