It was cleaner and more neat than I expected. I inquired about the handling of the key for the entrance, but the staff responded in a friendly manner.

Overall, not bad. Homee needs a better rubbish system was a mess in the hallway. Beds are super uncomfortable but good ammenities within the rooms make up for it

I stayed about 12 nights and it wasn’t bad at all. Very close to the train station and has two convenience stores within 1 or 2 minutes from the places. I liked this a lot more than a traditional hotel in terms of no one being there and you check in online. It’s about 8 minutes from the heart of Osaka and it was over all really good. I will say that my sink gave off a terrible smell a couple of times throughout the nights i was there and on the last day it just smelled really bad the whole day. Over all still great for the price and would recommend to some traveling alone.

We have difficulty in opening the door. We have to look at YouTube to open it. There’s no instructions how to open the door. No microwave. No able to warm the food. We have no valid phone number in Japan. Just e slim. We tried to contact the staff with email but no response. Otherwise, the room is clean and 6 min away from train station.

玄関ドアと部屋のドアはメールで送られたパスコードで解錠しますが、やり方が分からず何度か失敗したので、解錠方法も載っていたら良かったと思います。 またアメニティはボディーソープ、シャンプー、歯ブラシのみで必要最低限なので、自身で準備する必要があります。お部屋の値段も安く、清潔でした。駅もコンビニも近いのでとても便利だと思いました。

이마자토 역에서 꽤나 가깝고 가까운거리에 편의점도 많습니다! 숙소자체에 좋았던 점은 제가 갔을땐 일단 24시간 무인이었어서 조용하고 잔잔하게 힐링 됐고 내부는 아담한 사이즈이긴 했지만 혼자나 둘이서는 묵고 가기 아주 좋은 숙소인건 같습니다. 나가서 건너편 오른쪽에 끝내주는 야키토리집이 있습니다. 현지인분들만 다니시는 곳이라 메뉴시키실때 조금 고생하시겠지만 가볼만한 가치가 있는곳입니다.

こんなに酷いホテルは初めて泊まりました… ・2人で宿泊で3泊4日で予約しているのに、バスタオルが1枚のみ（交換もなし） ・シャンプーはあるがリンスが無い。（リンスインシャンプーとかでもない） ・3泊4日なのに、トイレットペーパー新品が1つのみ。（しかも元々紙の長さが少ないもの）残りは何故か使いかけの数回くるくるしたら無くなるレベルのものが2つありました。案の定最終日の朝にはトイレットペーパーが切れました… ・トイレのドアに謎の液体が飛び散っている。茶色の扉に白い液体で見た瞬間に汚いことが分かります。手で軽く触れれば取れるレベルなのに拭かれていない状態。 ・脱衣所のタオル掛けの片方が外れ落ちている。釘が抜けてぶらんぶらんの状態です。 ・至る所に蜘蛛の巣が。 ・洗われていないであろうコップが1つ。 ・テレビのアンテナが繋がっていない。（テレビ見れない） ・テレビのリモコンが電池切れで使用不可。（エアコンの電池を抜き差ししてどうにか使用しました） ・3泊4日なのにゴミ箱小さすぎてまっっったく入らない。 ・ちなみに部屋着は無かったです。（これはあると思い込んでいたこちらの確認不足です） ・手洗い石鹸もないです。 ・フェイスタオルも3泊4日で1枚だけです。 ・ドアが完全に閉まらないです。上にすこーしですが隙間が常にあります。 部屋にあった備品系は 2人で3泊4日で バスタオル1枚（交換無し） フェイスタオル1枚（交換無し） トイレットペーパー１個 残り少ないトイレットペーパー2個 シャンプー ボディソープ 歯ブラシ 2個 コップ2個 ケトル ドライヤー くらいかと思います。 申し訳無いですが、本当にありえないなーという感じでした。 せめてタオルは2枚じゃないですか？

急遽当日予約し泊まらせていただきましたが、いざ部屋に行ってみると前の客室が泊まった後がそのまま残っており、シーツやバスタオル、ゴミ箱もそのままの状態でした。 さらに入口ドアの隙間から蟻も入ってきており、衛生面も最悪でした。 外国人向けなのは仕方ないとして、それだったらそういう記載もしてほしかったです。 二度と利用しません。 これから泊まる方もご注意下さい。
