Butler Service was excellent

This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city!

St Regis hotel was great location and close to the shopping alley. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with booking lunch reservations. The rooms were spacious with great butler service.
