"Magnifique hôtel , pleine d’histoires ! Super bien situé! Grosse piscine , mais un nombre restreint de 15 personnes à la fois , la famille a donc dû se séparer le temps d’une baignade , nous avons fait un échange après 15 minutes. Le personnel était gentil et bienveillant . "

"The airport shuttle did not run before 6am which was too late for us. A taxi was booked. We were also not able to take advantage of the breakfast (which we knew). It would have been nice to have been offered free snacks in lieu."

"We love everything about this hotel and always look forward to staying here when we are in Ottawa. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are so clean and the beds are really comfortable, with lots of different-sized pillows to choose from. The pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! "
