This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will definitely be our choice again.

Really liked this location and the staff, but there was no way to regulate temperature in the room and I don’t understand why there was no enclosure to the shower so water would not get all over the bathroom.

Perfect, but old

Hotel is very old, but comfortable. Breafast was very good, bar very good, location is amazing. parking perfect, people are so nice. some construction going on in the area but only during day time.

Could do better. Average stay.

Average 3* hotel. Well situated not far from the station. Very impersonal welcome at reception. No information given about the hotel. Minimal service. Room was clean. Bed is not ready made as you have a folded comforter on top of your bedsheet that you need to unfold and set on the bed. First day, the heater was a bit on the high side. I mentionnés it to the reception. Next few days heater was out. Cannot control from the room. Bathroom is comfortable but one of the shower door did not have the rubber underneath so the water was leaking on the tiles every time I took a shower. Needed to use the towels to sponge out the water. The towel could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Good selection. Would be good to get a small plier to get the bread out of the toaster instead of burning your fingers. Waiters are just clearers and are not even greeting you when you come for breakfast. Coffee machine was not functioning and I had to get a waiter who said to me that it was full. He emptied the drawer but when I came back it was not working. Had to call another waiter. Service is very limited. Ok stay but will not stay there again.

Litt gammelt, men også helt greit.

Superior rom var visst i gammel del. Rommet er større, og med universell utforming på do og dusj. Fint med ekstra divan/sovesofa i egen liten ‘hagestue’. Der var også egen tv og mulighet for å lukke igjen mot rommet. Varmt rom, uten kontroll på rommet. Resepsjonen kunne justere ned, men det ble ikke kaldt. Minibaren var varm, så vi fikk legge litt drikke i eget kjøleskap ved resepsjonen. Det var null stress, og personalet var veldig hyggelig. God mat, og greie (elektriske) senger med justeringsmuligheter. Savnet badekar og dobbeltseng. Det var på de mindre rommene (ikke superior).

Grande déception

J’arrive dans la chambre, je trouve la tasse de café sale et le sol avec de la poussière, propreté médiocre, le lendemain matin un homme qui fait le service entre dans la chambre sans frapper sur la porte! J’ai demandé le deuxième jour que ma chambre soit nettoyée mais malheureusement ça n’a pas été fait!

Godt hotell men for varmt rom.

Hotellet var veldig bra bortsett fra at rommet var altfor varmt og det var ikke mulig å senke temperaturen. Dette gjorde at det ble lite søvn. Ellers var rommet fint og rent. Frokosten var også veldig bra. God pris.
