The villa (100m2) has AIR CONDITIONING, 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6 + 1 (a half bed can be added for a small supplement), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a spectacular panoramic terrace.
At our facility you will have an ASSISTANT who, in your language, will take care of the welcome, the presentation of the facility and services and your assistance throughout your stay.
In particular, you can contact him for information on beaches, itineraries, things to see, restaurants and any problem in general.
• The wonderful private swimming pool (6x12 meters) is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and Hi-Fi audio system.
• Outside, a very comfortable patio with lounge + dining area with barbecue, sink and fridge.
• Possibility to hire a paid chef and to take advantage of the daily cleaning (with a little extra).
• Thorough cleaning of the entire structure after each check-out
• For stays longer than 7 nights, linen is changed every week (excluding cleaning of the facility).
We also accept DOGS (with house rules and supplement) who can play in the large garden with your CHILDREN.

Parking, Wi-Fi, garden, private pool, TV, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, underfloor heating.
The eventual lack of objects can only be due to breakage of the same. We will take care of replacing them as quickly as possible.
