Fasntastic place to relax at. We were picked up at the train station and ushured into a relaxing lounge which we had unlimited access to for the duration of our stay, including the drinks and snacks, The check in process was very smooth and our bags were waiting for us in our room when we got there. We booked the in-room Onsen that we practically lived in. It was initially a bit hot for our liking but the staff were able to adjust it for us. We had an amazing nine course dinner that showcased the local produce. and the breakfast buffet was also briliant. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay with fantastic staff and would definitely come back.

Breakfast buffet was tasty and many options. The room was clean and pictures don’t do the rooms justice, in person it was more updated and well kept. The rooms are updated and the amenities are wonderful. Stayed in a room with private Onsen and loved it. We tried karaoke and had a blast. Area is very quiet.

Though I only stayed there for one day, the trip was very pleasant! Several of the employees speak perfect English, they were very accommodating and very helpful. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the breakfast being a buffet that had very many options in case you are a picky eater. Both of the private onsens were also very nice
