Mediocre experience

Nice but very mediocre hotel. It’s fine for a bed for the nights but lacks normal amenities I.e bar , lounge area and restaurant. The staff though we’re very nice and happy to help

Très bien pour allé à Naples

Propre changement de toutes les serviettes tout les jours se n'est pas très ecoresponsable petit déjeuners très bien, 10 minutes de la gare, quelques conseils pour les restaurants seraient bien. Une demi heure de Naples en train c'est top.

Hotel in Ottaviano - not so convenient for Pompei

The staff at the hotel were lovely. We were out of season so it was very quiet and breakfast was buffet and cold. The room was very overlooked and so we kept the curtains shut the entire time. We picked this place because I thought it was convenient for Pompei, but it was still 30-45 minutes drive away. Dining options in the neighbourhood were scarce (probably as out of season) and opened late. However Bifulco opposite is great for burgers and they even made a vegetarian option for me!

Ottimo Hotel

Hotel situato in centro a Ottaviano (con parcheggio) che dista circa 500 metri dalla stazione della Circumvesuviana e quindi collegato a Napoli in meno di mezzora. Hotel comodo, pulito, con personale gentile e disponibile e con una colazione variegata. Per una vacanza a Napoli, Pompei e dintorni CONSIGLIATO.

当时住的房间靠马路，非常吵。里面的房间应该还行，住的时候要求不靠大街的房间。停车场在马路对面，搬行李不方便，但是24小时前台有人，应该还算安全。

I would score it 6 out of 10... I would definetly not call it a 4 star hotel... 3 stars at best... The pictures on the website is very misleading, with regard the breakfast buffet, room size... The TV's in the rooms must be older than 10-12 years. Breakfast very limited and the same every day, with no alternatives

Séjour Pompéi

Hôtel qui ne reflète pas vraiment un quatre étoiles car décoration vieillotte... Mais bien situé dans un endroit très calme et pourvu d'un parking gratuit avec un accès sécurisé (barrières). Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de variétés dans les choix !!!!

Un albergo stupendo, una camera meravigliosa, perdonale cordiale, colazione abbondante.. le uniche pecche sono l'acqua calda che viene a mancare, il televisore che non prende un canale e il condizionatore che diciamo non da il massimo di sé😂 però se devo dire la mia NE È VALSA LA PENA.
