"Almost impossible to drive to hotel due to pedestrian streets closed to cars. Once we arrived, Flavio at the front desk took over parking in the hotel parking lot. Bar excellent. City charming. Take the boat tour."

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."

"This property is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring the Black Forest. We did experience a couple of challenges, but the host was fantastic and did everything he could to put things right and quickly. It is very isolated here, so no nipping to the shop, but it’s exactly what we wanted. ..."
