"I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo. It's usually the case when a lot of things are missing, but this time it was worse than usual. Still didn't talk about the number of pillows, which isn't up to standards...."

"It has a beautiful design, very nice employees, it’s well equipped (AC and TV) and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The only downside is the washroom (didn’t had hot water). "
