The staff was excellent! They were all very professional yet friendly and always helpful with a smile. The young women at the reception in the mornings stood out as the very best of customer service! This was a great hotel to visit Fátima. Centrally located. Staff were very nice and rooms were clean. Highly recommend. Only issue is that parking is under hotel and very limited. Need a very small rental car to fit, but that is rule all over Europe.
