Blue Heron Shores rents as a property accommodating 12 guests from November 1 - April 30. Beginning May 1 through October 31 enjoy a reservation at Blue Heron Shores Estate and accommodate guests up to an occupancy of 18 with an added guest house!

Filled with luxury and pristine views, Blue Heron Shores will charm your next Finger Lakes vacation! Only minutes away from award-winning wineries, lakefront dining and thrilling year-round attractions, Blue Heron Shores is the perfect home to host your next Cayuga Lake getaway.

This beautiful estate, featuring a main house (the lodge) and a boat house, will have you in awe from the time you step in the doors. Knotty pine walls and exposed beams boast throughout all three floors of this beautiful Adirondack-style lodge. Inside the great room, large picture windows and a sliding glass door offer a breathtaking view of not only the water, but also of the cascading hills surrounding Cayuga Lake. Regardless of the season, this view is timeless – offering either bright newly sprouted green leaves, vibrant autumn tones, or a snow-blanketed landscape – this is sure to be a view you'll never forget.

A corner stone gas fireplace adds warmth and natural beauty to the south wall of the great room. Enjoy a fire for those chilly nights, pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine, and relax in luxury on the comfortable sofa.

Inside the kitchen, find spacious counter tops and cabinetry stocked with a variety of cooking and eating ware. Preparing your next meal will be a breeze. Stop at a local farmers market and stock up on fresh produce and really “take a bite” out of the Finger Lakes! Enjoy the balcony off of the entry level of this home and soak up all lake life has to offer from the privacy of the wooden deck.

Completing the entry level of Blue Heron Shores, one of the seven bedrooms can be found, the master bedroom with an en-suite full bath. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath with dual vanities and a loft with an office. The final two bedrooms of the main house, including a large bunk room and a bedroom with a king-sized bed, can be found on the lower level, along with another full bathroom.

The lower level is your retreat for fun and relaxation and is sure to be everyone's favorite gathering space! Enjoy playing a game of pool and visit with your friends and family in front of the cozy gas fireplace.

The fun doesn't stop here! Relaxing is made easy with a dip in the hot tub. Relax in luxury and view the lake and wooded scenery in the distance. A walkout lower-level patio will lead the way for the steps to the beach. There's endless ways to create memories when you're at Blue Heron Shores!

Finally, as you wind down your day, enjoy s'mores and a glass of wine by the grand, outdoor stone fireplace.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

Girls weekend

This house was absolutely beautiful - even better than pictured. We had plenty of room for 10 of us. The location was also great close to wineries and Taughannock Falls.
