"Loved the location, so convenient to walk everywhere and see what the city had to offer. Staff friendly and helpful. Our view was a parking lot so that was a little disappointing otherwise all good!"

"Staff were not kind, meaning the staff behind the front desks. Snappy didn't want to answer more questions that we had. Overall rude experience.Rooms were super clean/housekeeping was so kind. The elevator inspection was expired by 2 years, huge safety concern."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip stay at The Marshall House. The nightly wine reception was very nice and the entertainment made it even better. The morning breakfast was good also. Staff was exceptional, location exceptional. Our room ac could have worked better at keeping us cool at night but that is our only complaint. "

"Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. "

"Under construction, elevators slow but overall great place conveniently located and super clean and friendly. Definitely recommend staying!"

"The hotel was in a great location for everything we did. It was clean, good breakfast options, friendly staff. The public parking garage was right behind the hotel so we did not pay for valet. Unfortunately the mattress wreaked havoc on our backs but not every person can use the same mattress. Overall happy with our choice but our mattress requirements are the only reason we would not be able to stay again. "
