The room is very run down and smells. Our reservation was for 3 people and only had 1 towel in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. There were 2 roaches in the bathroom when we got up the next morning. The photos make the motel appear to look newer but it needs a lot of updating. I expected better for almost $200.00 for a one night stay.

A good setting,the motel was just off the Interstate and it was very accessible to get to.A lot of places to eat around it as well. The room was satisfactory, if they had a few more personnel, i think the motel would thrive more.

Many issues during the check in process and getting room issues resolved. Manager informed me my next stay at this location is on them! I will follow up and let you know if this statement is honored.

Good place for a night

okay for a budget hotel. Had a mix up on type of room but was quickly corrected by staff. Overall I would stay here again.. Close to a lot of restaurants and lots of parking, even for big rigs.

A little disappointment

The cable wasn"t working so we have to change room. Than once we changed room we had to wait on them to turn the cable on in that room. Which took about 15 minutes to change the black box out. Than after 2 or 3 hours watching the football game. The cable when back out for an hour in a half.

Good value for a low-to-moderately-priced motel. The hotel rooms were decent, though a little aged. There was evidence of recent repairs in the bathroom, but it was still in good condition. The breakfast meal was a few packaged pastries and bread to make toast. There wasn't much of a variety. Overall, it was decent.

Nightmare

Terrible from the start. First the reservation was jacked up, wanted non-smoking king size bed, got there and they had smoking single. Disappointed in this hotel, have stayed there many times with excellent service. And pet friendly for a non-advertised price. Will not stay here again!!

I didnt like that the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed. I asked for extra hand rags to bath with and was told i couldnt have any!!! The pool didnt work was empty. Wasnt provided with the wifi information. Chair inside room looked extremely dirty.

Dump in Oxford Alabama

Room had bad faded paint on half a wall. Cobwebs in corners near ceiling. Door did not seal and allowed air from outside in and rain. I will never stay here again or recommend to ANYONE. This place is ran like a dump and outside the door it even smells like a dump. No kidding and I am no making this up. Don Not Stay Here.. you will regret it.

Management was rude wouldn't even let me borrow a pen. I saw staff go into a room and make the dirty bed for next guest. No toiletries in the room, not even a spare roll of toilet paper and there was not breakfast as advertised. My room was filthy sheets/comforter not even washed.

Poor quality for 3X normal price/day

For a place to sleep the room was tolerable. A/C worked, fridge worked, TV worked, that's the best that can be said. The bathroom area was one of the worst I've seen. No kleenex supplied, the towels were worn out and riddled with long term stains. They appear to have been washed, just should have been replaced long ago. The toilet was 1/2 cleaned, ring around the back at the water line, and slow running as well. The shower curtain was mildewed all across the bottom b/c it was improperly mounted and sat in the water while showering. Water came down thru the ceiling above the shower head at one point, from the room above maybe. Nobody expects much from a free hotel breakfast at low end places, but here the selection was the bare minimum. I had minimal interaction with staff, but at least they were pleasant. A 1 star hotel charging 3+ star prices b/c it was a NASCAR weekend.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in if you are cool with bugs and hairs and sleeping in a room someone just left with no towels and they will not give you any this is the place for you don’t let the outside convince you to stay here it’s so so so bad!!!!

Don’t waste your money here.

I’ll never stay here again! The exterior of the hotel is ok but my room was quite a shock. The carpet at the door looked like it had pulled up long ago. The drawer fronts on the dresser were broken. The entire room smelled like smoke. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. The bottom of the bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned or was permanently stained. It was nice to have a couch but it was really worn out. The bed was surprisingly comfortable given how old and worn out everything else looked but the comforter could use a good deep cleaning. I went for a race weekend so the price was a bit steep. I wish I would have known that one exit east of there were some really nice and newer hotels that I’ve had great experiences with. If I go back to Oxford or Anniston I will certainly be staying and one of them.

Room was not cleaned. Shower handle was laying on the shower floor and shower was not cleaned at all. Toliet ran for a long time and water on the floor around it. Sheets had holes in it and didn't look like they had been washed. The room didn't look clean at all. Customer service wasn't good at all. I had made reservations for 3 rooms and had my confirmation papers with me and they only had 2 reserved for me.
