Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tvās in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London.
At 11pm I decided that I wasnāt comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

The Riu far exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained, the rooms, although small, were very functional, and the breakfast was good. We're happy we selected this property for our stay in London.

Construction was an issue, especially no direct access to cabs, staff were excellent , buffet was above expectations, overall very nice stay, would return

please make sure to check to see if the Hotels have AC - the rooms were very HOT and we were not able to open the windows enough to let the breeze come in. Lesson learned the staff did provide us with 3 fans
