The beautiful, cozy living room features not only a great view, but also comfortable amenities such as Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, CD-player and a book library. In the spacious living room with high ceiling & ceiling fan, there is a half circle seating area on one side, and a 2nd seating area with a couch and chairs on the other side. Couches convert to beds for guest’s children. Dining table seating 4 persons in kitchen with another seating 6 persons on terrace. All windows are fully screened. Next to the living room, there is one more newly renovated bathroom (2014) with shower.
The impeccable, fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with gas stove, Subzero Fridge, Bosch convection oven & microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.
The large master bedroom suite opens on two sides. The French doors in the front open up to a covered terrace with amazing views. The other door (back side) opens up on to the lush garden in the rear of the house. The bedroom features 18' ceilings, a king bed, A/C, a CD player and Ipod dock station. The large newly renovated bathroom (2014) features granite tops, stone shelving, wall hung toilet, bidet, rain and regular showers as well as a handy foot shower. There are recessed ceiling lights as well as a wall hung lighted make-up mirror and hair dryer. Please do note there are two pull out sofa beds in the living room and a 2nd bathroom with shower. Owner will allow 1-2 extra immediate family members traveling with you at a surcharge.

The villa is located just a short drive away from sandy Dawn Beach located on the bottom of the hillside. You also are only a short distance from some of the other best beaches on the east end of the island. Hope cottage is located near the French border and is only 15 minutes to Marigot, the capital of the French side, with all its wonderful restaurants and night life. You are also only 15 minutes to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, with all the casinos, restaurants and great shopping that is available for that perfect vacation.
