"Non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We tried two rooms and then asked for a refund. There are two charges on my credit card. Waiting for refund for both. My friends’ rooms smelled worse. In the second one, the toilet paper holder was almost pulled off the wall and the bathtub looked like someone had taken a mud bath in it. Apparently, this location is used by construction crews and has been trashed."

"The rooms were clean. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were very friendly.The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was great and I thanked the lady that was over the breakfast delicious and fresh"

"We called to verify that they did not use fragrances, like sprays to mask smell before we came. We arrived and they started to redo the lobby area by changing the floor plan which you couldn't sit in the common area to sit and relax instead of staying in your room and painted and used glue for the wall paper. The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all this was the worse stay that I have had the whole time I have traveled. When we left which was a day earlier the computer was down and could not get a receipt. We complained about the smells and noise with no sympathy. My brother which has bad allergies and I traveled to Alabama to do some hunting. Ended up going to Walmart to purchase an air purifier to help in the room while we were gone during the day to help during the night while we slept. The air conditioner didn't work properly. "

"the cabin was clean and nicely decorated with a home feeling. I loved the porches (2) and couch and rockers on them made for a nice visit with my ozark family.Eric got back with me right away and had answers for all my questions.
