The Southwest Place II

The Southwest Place II is perfectly located halfway between Branson and Springfield in a quiet family neighborhood.

The Southwest Place is a duplex. Each unit is a 1000 square-foot apartment with a one car garage.

Guests have access to the whole apartment as well as the front and backyard on their side.

Guests can check themselves in with their unique door code . I am always available for questions via phone or text.

The neighborhood is a quiet and friendly, family neighborhood.
Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 7am.
Smoking in the house will result in a $150 fee.

Our stay was nice. This property is a duplex, but you couldn't hear any noise from neighbors which is wonderful. It did seem like it needed a spring clean, but the home was spacious and in good enough shape. We normally stay with family in the area, so it was nice to have a close and affordable option.

Nice little cottage

The host was very nice and was always available if we needed anything. The place was clean and had lots of little amenities included. My kids loved all the little games that were at the house. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

Great place to stay!

This is the 2nd time we booked a stay with Anthum. It really is a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. The amenities are a nice touch should you forget soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I highly recommend The Southwest 2.

Family Time

My daughter myself and my grandkids had a very nice time together. In town for my granddaughters Ozark High graduation! We had a safe clean place to stay together ❤️
