"Staff greeted us so friendly"

"The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized profusely. No other form of compensation was ever offered though. "

"I would have given them 10 stars if I could have. Brad & Deana were excellent hosts. Very accommodating, they go above and beyond. We loved sitting around the fire pit & they allowed us to use their barn to play darts & ping pong. Fantastic!I think I can say this was one of the best stays rentals we've experienced on VRBO. We will definitely be going back!!"

"Clean room, convenient location "

"This property should be removed from your listing because it is not really a hotel. The door to my room was not secure, and there was no coffee for breakfast. The first room they put me in had the hotel privacy door latch missing and the deadbolt could not lock due to the door being warped by the extreme cold. This is a motel where each unit’s door opens right outside. They moved me into another room which had a partially functioning deadbolt, but the hotel privacy door latch was barely attached with 1 screw missing and the other 2 partially sticking out. A determined person could have broken into my room. After surviving the night, I found no coffee the next morning. The receptionist told me that another customer had just broken the machine. I did not believe her and left immediately for Starbucks. Maybe that was her plan."

"We had a great weekend stay in Nona's cottage! Our host seemed welcoming and helpful. However we could not get the wifi to work properly as it said 'no internet connection' so we couldnt use the tv at all but that was a minor inconvenience in my opinion and otherwise had a good stay!"

"The iris was an excellent venue. The location and staff were excellent, including the breakfast. The views of the mountain range are excellent as well. 100 percent would recommend if youre looking for a getaway. We will be back in the fall."
