"Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. "

"The room was very,very clean.The room was extremely small for two people it is much to small, for one person its ok, but still very small. small .Check in and check out was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no free breakfast so we didn't eat there. Parking is nearby in an underground parking garage. Unfortunately it was very dirty there and smelling of urine and poop in the stairwell. So please avoid the star well, go in by the car entrance ."

"الفندق رائع لدرجة اني مستغرب كيف تصنيفه 3 نجوم ! نظافة وراحة وأمان وطاقم عمل متعاون ولطيف ومبتسم، لم أجد سلبية واحدة سوى ان الغرفة صغيرة ولكن جميع الأمور الإيجابية تغطي على هذه السلبية التي لا تؤثر في مدى الاستمتاع بالسكن، خصوصاً بأنني ساكن في غرفة فيها شرفة مطلة على القناة وبحيرة آنسي الجميلة، الاطلالة أكثر من رائعة وأشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق وبالأخص موظف الاستقبال جيرو، وفي النهاية بإذن الله الواحد الأحد ان كان لي عودة إلى آنسي الحالمة سأعود إلى هذا الفندق وأمدد المبيت فيه الى اكثر من...

"A lovely hotel tucked away off a private courtyard. Staff and facilities are wonderful. Recently renovated, the hotel is fresh and new. The hotel features a more formal restaurant that offers views of a streaming canal. Very quiet. Highly recommended."

"This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy."

"تفاجأة عند الوصول بعدم وجود احد في الموقع واتضح فيما بعد انه لا يوجد استقبال 24 ساعه وبعدها شيكت على الايميل ووجدت انهم يبلغوني اذا وصلت اتصل على رقم موجود وفعلا جا واحد مغربي قمة في الاحترام والتعامل والرقي اعقد اسمه فوزي اشكره بشدة على ماقدمه عموما الفندق جدا نظيف ورتب وموقعه في المدينه القديمه استراتيجي ومواقف السيارات تبعد عنه قرابة 3 دقايق مشي مقابل سعره فهو جدا مناسب"
