This Inn was such a find. We have stayed here a few times and each has been wonderful. It is easy to find and parking is fantastic. We love that it borders the Butterfly sanctuary and can just step from our door to the pathway. The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating.

It was a fun, funky beach vib, building painted pink and next to Monarch Sanctuary. Large clean room w fireplace, comfortable bed and all the amenities. Would stay there again. It was convenient to all the sights in Pacific Grove and Monterey. Restaurants within a quick car ride.

Butterfly preserve ( a small park with paved walkway) next to property was fun.(butterflies are present only a few months and we were lucky) Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice towels & sheets. Quiet location, off the main road, a short distance to beautiful ocean scenes and 17 Mile Drive.

Nice little motel. Located near the Monarch reserve. They had spacious rooms and nice staff. The swimming pool was clean. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool had a acquaint cozy feel with teak chairs. There’s no breakfast, and you have to request room service if you want it. We would definitely stay there again.

This is an absolute gem of a find. Walking distance from an incredible beach, golf course and lighthouse. Dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Local pub right down the road. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. You just don't find places like this anymore. No charge for parking, quiet and private. 10/10

Not far from the ocean, next door to the monarch sanctuary, BGI is a good place...a little dated/rustic but we liked it...out of the mainstream...nice and quiet....good hot tub...would stay there again.

This was my second time staying at Butterfly Grove Inn, it was great. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The inn is located near the beach and has great food options nearby. I’d love to stay here again.
