Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

"I have been traveling to Hawaii, and to this property, for over 32 years. I expect a lot from Hilton properties especially for the prices and additional resort fees. It was not made clear up from that they were renovating an entire building. I personally feel the quality of food has gone down over the years. You are buying location and a clean safe beautiful beach and view but the quality of this Hilton product is not exceptional any longer. Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, the property is beautiful but when only 2 elevators out of 6, work for a building that has 25+ floors; and when 4 of their restaurants have the same exact menu, it’s hard to justify the cost. I wish Hilton would put in a bit more effort."

"This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Everything is well thought out on the property - the room, the restaurants, shops on site. Everything was desk for comfort and convenience. The room was amazing, so were the beachfront views! We will 1000% be back."

"Absolutely a friendly hotel the staff were so helpful and sweet, Zelle the towel lady by the pool was always so happy, Leonard our “ scooby doo mini bus driver” was wonderful happy, friendly and helpful, Joshua the bell man/ “scooby doo mini bus driver also was so helpful and sweet. The hotel was in such a convenient location by absolutely everything. To see the staff cleaning none stop even the walls in the hallways on evenings was impressive.. loved our stay at Maui coast hotel and we will definitely be going back even with a long flight from NY - PS! My favorite thing was they offered fresh flowers 🌺 daily for the ladies to wear in their hair - a sweet touch! Beautiful place to stay 100% yes! There are fancier places but this by far is the friendliest 👍👍"
