"You can find blood on the blanket and towels. If you complain, you get abused with slurs by the owner/manager. The manager went a step ahead and called customers from an entire country the b word. Pathetic management. I would stay away if you have family or kids."

"This was the most expensive hotel of our stays while visiting the Grand Canyon loop. The location was the best part. The condition of the building was average. The room was clean enough but had terrible hard pillows and the tub was all scratched up and unusable for a bath (it needs to be relined). The sheet did not cover all the way down the bed so when I pulled back the cover, there was gross hair and particles that I did not want to have to slip my legs down to. The elevators reeked of chemicals and we found it nauseating- could be off gassing with panels but it was industrial and strong. The pool and hot-tub were closed so that was unfortunate as well. The breakfast, while more than a continental, was cheap quality and disappointing. The egg omelette was filled with liquid cheese, the yogurt was some kid character filled with a cup of high fructose corn syrup, and everything was the cheapest low quality of what could be sourced. Overall, most expensive stay was not justified and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again in the future."
