"We came with family and friends to a baseball game. This was close enough to the ballpark and was in a quiet area. Had to park near the facility for a short walk. Friendly staff and clean location. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable for both of us, shower was nice, good water pressure. Had coffee in the morning did not get breakfast but was available and cost extra. Didn’t visit the bar, pool or exercise area but was available. Would recommend this place. "
"I love the moon and the stars. Also, the service was excellent! Clay at the front desk was the best! I usually come up with a bunch of questions and requests and he was super helpful, while being smart, fast and imaginative, which is rare. Thank you! "
"This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate (but the bathrooms were modern and clean so not a fault of the owner but a feature of an older home with character). We’d definitely stay here again. "
Holiday Inn Express St Louis - Central West End by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"When we pulled in the sign said “Hotel Indigo”. This was disconcerting since I had made reservations at a Holiday Inn Express. I also stayed at the same property in April when it was a Holiday Inn Express. It’s still an IHG property..
We appreciate the history of this hotel and it’s nice that the renovations celebrate this.. it’s on the National Register of Historic Places as the first motel on Route 66 in St Louis. "
