Most disappointed. Very old and smelt musty. Cupboards didn’t shut curtains didn’t cover window when shut. Oven door didn’t seal. Not a lot of water if you wanted a hot shower. Kitchen table top wonky

For the price and time of year the unit was excellent. There is no air conditioning though there were fans in every room. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and a great spot to supermarket and beach. I was running late and it can be difficult to contact the office personnel, thankfully someone was there to help us that night. Overall I would recommend this place and stay there again. Thank you.

Comfortable, but needs improvement. The shower was low on water pressure, no lights within the shower area. Kitchenette and toilet needs a full upgrade. Expensive for the services offered ! Better rooms available within Paihia at the same price Pros_ Close to countdown and paihia beach..

Good family hideaway

Unit was clean and in good condition & in quiet location a good walk from town. Could have had more cutlery & a bigger dining table. Late arrival was well covered.

This is a good location for some of the attractions in Paihia. We appreciated the two bedrooms with separate living room/kitchen and bathroom. We were not impressed by the ants in the kitchen and the low pressure shower.

Motel unit with a sea view.

Our motel was clean and comfortable. Because of the excellent condition of the carpet and wet areas i.e. bathroom and kitchen, we believe the units have been very recently refurbished. We appreciated this.

Nice big unit with lots of space. Walking distance to waitangi treaty grounds. Very clean. Super comfy bed. We slept really well! Full kitchen facilities available in unit.

Property does not have any staff in the premises.

We had to go the the te teriti resort to get our keys. There is no staff in the actual property. The place where we stayed had some temporary fencing around the property. The grounds were unkempt.the location, was in an area with residential units that are even more unkempt than the property. Since we were all ladies, it was a wee bit scary. I don't even know if there are other guests on the area. The swimming pool was empty and had garden rubbish in it. I ask the resort staff if they have any vacancy so we can upgrade and sadly not. I honestly think that if there are any standard for accommodation in NZ, this property would not exist. I will stay away from this property.
