"Host greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us around the place and how everything worked. The location was excellent. We were there for the weekend for a wedding and we were very happy with the accommodations. We slept well. It was very quiet and the beds were excellent."

"The host was always quick to reply. We found it very helpful that they labeled the light switches. Very convenient feature, the home has keyless entry. Our two favorite parts 1) we could bring our dog and 2) the home is across the street from a private beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"Beautiful location, new back deck overlooking the ocean was a real highlight. Soft items like the living room couch and chair and the mattresses could use a refresh. The cottage has a nice kitchen, a new grill and a washer dryer for convenience. It’s a quiet spot with only houses on this beach. It is a rocky beach so bring your beach shoes, but waking to beautiful sunrises every day is amazing. Overall a great relaxing getaway. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! "

"We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Truly a perfect family getaway!"

"Cozy home. Close to the grocery store, yummy ice cream shop and fabulous breakfast/lunch restaurant.We enjoyed our stay. The home is super comfortable and makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were able to use the bikes and ride on the near by canal path.beds comfortable. Livingroom cozy and on a very hot day we stayed in to watch a movie before a late beach day.there are close beaches. All have to park to pay but easy.Only a 30 min drive to Hyannis port. Took a boat your.the only thing we would add or request would be a TV in the basement with the bunk beds. (to have the kids escape to watch a kid movie at night)Not a complaint, just a wish.Host is quick to answer questions and help us plan our trip.Would recommend this home and you will have a fun and relaxing stay"
