Excellent room and location right next to the main road. The staff was friendly and arranged for our 2 rooms to be side-by-side with connecting doors without us asking. Excellent swimming pool (though the water is freezing cold :). Good choice of breakfast available each morning to start the day. One thing that can be improved is the lock, which can be difficult to open at times.

It is a nice hotel with good functioning rooms and facilities; the morning buffet has a differing variety of food from day to day. However, we were appalled to see that the staff failed to provide housekeeping services and maintain room cleanliness. There were also mosquitoes and insects in the room. The night shift front counter staff is rude. It gives a poor first impression when we checked in!

The hotel location is very easy to find. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is very clean and nice layout. Breakfast line doesn't have many choices but enough and delicious. I will book again this hotel.

Nice cosy rooms The twin room toilet is big, with balcony and clothes hanging rack King room toilet is separate into 3 areas: washing, toilet and shower. All rooms with day bed. Rooms are big and clean Breakfast not bad shower water pressure not consistent

Was ok as a place to sleep...

No frills hotel that worked fine for us as a place to sleep and have a shower. Breakfast was very limited and consisted of cold fried eggs with ham/hot dogs and toast. They also had congee and some fruit. The room was clean and the bed comfy but don’t expect to enjoy a quiet evening watching tv in bed, as there are only 2 channels available in Thai only.

L’hotel Est quasi neuf donc bien et bien entretenu. Les environs sont bofs car rień autour à part le’scenical parc d’attraction. Il vaut mieux loger un peu avant sur la route pour pouvoir sortir le soir. En voulant aller au petit marché de nuit le soir nous nous sommes faits courser par un chien et avons fait demi tour. Le’ personnel est très gentil et fait de’ son mieux, mais nous sommes tombés’ sur des personnes qui ne parlent pas anglais. Cela a été un vrai calvaire de se faire comprendre et nous n’avons pas eu l’aide que nous espérions pour réserver l’excursion du lendemain... pas de restaurant ouvert à l’hotel Mais celui du restaurant d’à côté est vraiment très bon.

Quiet and beautiful Prairie Hills

My family with an elderly mom enjoyed this resort which is located close to the attractions and places of interests.. The garden grounds and the reception were welcoming. We booked 2 rooms for a night. Our room was facing the swimming pool and was neat and cozy. Unfortunately there was no hot water for shower. The manager upgraded us to the private pool villa for that night. We were so pleasantly surprised and thrilled. The bed was great but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast area was small and crowded. The breakfast spread was limited with varieties of food. However, the service staff were attentive and friendly. We would love to come back again.

Clean and quiet hotel conveniently located

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour of Khao Yai. It was centrally located to many of the tourist sites. Easy to access and a clean and comfortable hotel.
