The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "After seeing some reviews i was nervous but our stay was lovely! Our room was clean, comfortable and all we needed. The hotel service. was good, pool areas and bar good! Great value! "

"Our family club suite was quite spacious and separate bathrooms for kids and us. I suffered a sprained ankle while in bangkok and the staff were very accomodating. Breakfast is pretty standard for same type of hotel anywhere, but would be nice to see more halal options, while there are loads of halal places to eat just minutes from the hotel. The ratchawong ferry pier is walkable and handy. Chinatown night market starts from the hotels doorstep."

"Great location in the heart of Chinatown, loads of street food options nearby, cabs and tut tuts right outside. Mini Shopping mall and 7 eleven store downstairs, has everything you need. Breakfast area is very clean and has lots of options. Fried rice, noodles and boa buns also fresh fruit, bread and eggs. Very clean, friendly staff. Room was spotless with a great shower. "
