"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saint Clair in August 2025. This charming property is as close to the beach as you can be in La Grande Motte. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would come back! "
"Modern and welcoming co-living condo/hotel building with parking basement. Rooms are very functional, modern, with mini-kitchen. Location is just outside of the city center, about 15 minutes walk to the busy Old Town. The suburb is very quiet and devoid of people, and contrasts greatly with the buzz of cafĂŠ crowds only 15 minutes away. "
"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison.
The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing.
The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume.
I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching.
I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own.
So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"The place is pretty dingy, but it's very close to the beach and boardwalk and this meant more to us for the one night (thankfully, just one) that we stayed there than finding something fancy."
"There was a very loud 'beach party' event, which happens every Tuesday. The noise reached rooms, and went on until very late. The event means no room service is available, and the only dining option was to join a loud party. This would be fine if wanting this type of experience, but while travelling for business, it was not ok. I feel like the hotel should warn guests at booking that this is happening so they can decide if it's what they're looking for.
Staff are rarely stationed at reception, and you have to wait for someone to spot you to come and help.
There were no irons in the rooms, and there were none available to use from housekeeping when needed - again, challenging as a business traveller."

"First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay âŹ72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra âŹ55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning.
Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down."
