Katia was a very accommodating host. She even took our laundry to be done close by and collected for us. Breakfast and the morning chats with Katia were something to look forward to and start the day off great.

The property was very comfortable and clean. The hostess, Katie, was wonderful…friendly, helpful, caring and accommodating. I would recommend that you call Katia directly for booking. Expedia’s description was not completely accurate.

We appreciate the surprise upgrade. We booked the room with private bathroom located outside the room but instead got a room with the bathroom inside. Room was clean, one big closet, table and chair, TV and a mini fridge. We stayed for two nights so we stocked up the fridge with drinks. There is a common dining area but access to the kitchen is for authorized people only. We enjoyed our chats with the host/owner, Katia, who speaks English fluently. Her assistant doesn’t speak English but she tried her best and was very helpful. They are normally around during breakfast. Breakfast is consist of yogurt, pastries, jams , butter, biscuits and coffee/tea. Agramante is on the 3rd floor of the building. To enter the building, someone has to let you in or you use a key. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are nearby. We didn’t use public transport but we were told the stops/station is nearby. Be mindful of the check in, check out time. Not sure if it was 10am or 11am. So this is good if you arrive in Palermo early. Hotels check in are usually late afternoon. Check out is at 9:30am.

Canella room at Agramante

Very nice place to stay, close to notarbartolo station. Easy acsess to move around in the city. The only thing I missed would be having a fridge in the room, but it worked without one as well. The room gave good value for money.

Everything went very well. Nicely situated and good service. Easy communication via WhatsApp. Just the breaktfast, which is served in a bar nearby and not in the B&B itself was a bit scarce.

Katia the host was exceptionally helpful from proving suggestions and great tips of what to see and do in Palermo. Breakfast was fun, great conversations and food. I was lucky to be staying there on a Sunday morning and hear the church bells ringing and then looking out my window to see all the people strolling into the Church across the road. There was even a truck parked out the front with an old man selling fresh fruit and vegies to the parishioners. As I was going onto further travels in Sciliy and wanted to travel light. To do so I needed to shift a suitcase of business atire to Rome, my final destination before heading home. Katia, found a place that ships packages around the world, then came with me to the location to make sure everything was right. Sometimes it is the small things people do that make lasting memories. I would highly recommend.

Das B&B befindet sich auf einer verkehrsreichen Straße, etwa 30 Minuten fußläufig von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Apartment ist im 3. Stock, durch Schlüssel und digitalem Code gesichert und besteht aus mehreren kleinen und großen Zimmern. Die Eigentümerin empfängt die Gäste sehr herzlich, steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und bereitet jeden Morgen das Frühstück für alle vor. Sie ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Im Bad gibt es auch ein Bidet.

Das Frühstück war für ital. Verhältnisse gut. Es gab neben Kuchen auch Toast mit Wurst, Käse und Marmelade. Sowie gekochte Eier, Cerealien, Joghurt und Obst. Die Managerin Katia ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber des B&B gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 15€/24h. Leider sind es schon ein paar Meter bis in die Altstadt, aber es ist dennoch gut fußläufig von rund 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung des B&B ist einfach und funktionell. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Handtuchhaken sind sehr unglücklich direkt neben dem Klo. Die Dusche hat keine Tür und war in den Ecken sehr verschmutzt.

Un appartement incroyable à moins de 30 min à pied du centre de Palerme. Le quartier est sûr. Les chambres sont d'une grande qualité et on y dort très bien. Katia est d'une très grande gentillesse et très généreuse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix et fait maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir
