The Space:

Welcome to an elegant apartment where historic charm meets modern comfort. Located in a quiet area, this home is ideal for guests looking for a relaxing stay with all necessary amenities.



The apartment features two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a large wardrobe, perfect for longer stays, and a second bedroom with a one-and-a-half-size bed. The large living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time together, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, and high-speed fiber internet, enhanced with an extender to ensure coverage throughout the apartment.



The kitchen is well equipped with all essential appliances, including a dishwasher, allowing you to enjoy your meals without worrying about cleaning up. You will also find everything you need for cooking, from a quick breakfast to a more elaborate dinner.



My goal is to help you experience the city like a true local. I will be happy to share recommendations for traditional restaurants, cultural events, markets, and outdoor activities. For those who enjoy exploring, I can suggest itineraries ranging from nearby beaches to nature paths and visits to the historic city center to discover Palermo’s treasures. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind: every room is air-conditioned and equipped with heating, making the apartment suitable for all seasons. In addition, you will find a washing machine, iron, and drying rack for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The Neighborhood:

The area is highly touristic and is located between Teatro Massimo and Politeama. Continuing along Via Mariano Stabile, you will reach Via Ruggero Settimo, which then becomes Via Maqueda, the vibrant heart of Palermo. From here, it is easy to reach all the main attractions of the city center. Some of them include:



Teatro Massimo: one of the largest opera houses in Europe and a cultural icon of Palermo. Located just a short walk from the apartment, it is famous for its impressive musical and theatrical performances. Even without attending a show, the building itself is worth a visit.



Teatro Politeama: another important theater nearby, known for its imposing neoclassical façade and its varied artistic program, including operas, concerts, and ballets.



Palermo Cathedral: also known as the Cathedral of Santa Vergine Maria Assunta, it is one of the city’s main religious landmarks. Its architecture blends Arab, Norman, and Gothic styles, and the interior is remarkable for its mosaics and decorative details.



Ballarò Market: an open-air market offering a unique sensory experience. You can immerse yourself in everyday Palermo life while walking among stalls filled with fresh fruit, fish, meat, and local products. It is also a great place to try Sicilian street food.



Piazza Pretoria: a square located near Palermo’s city hall, home to one of the most famous fountains in Italy, the Fontana Pretoria, surrounded by mythological statues.



Church of San Domenico: an impressive example of Sicilian Baroque architecture, with an interior decorated with outstanding works of art, including paintings and sculptures.



Palermo Botanical Garden: ideal for a relaxing break in nature, this historic botanical garden hosts a wide collection of exotic and local plants and is perfect for a peaceful walk.



Quattro Canti: also known as Piazza Vigliena, this Baroque square is located at the intersection of Palermo’s main streets. Each corner represents one of the four seasons.

Getting Around:

On the nearby Via Roma, about 100 meters from the apartment, there are numerous bus lines that provide access to all areas of the city. In addition, at the adjacent Politeama Square, several buses stop there, including those coming from the airport. The central location also makes it easy to find taxis. Furthermore, the area offers several electric scooter services, which can be a convenient mobility option within the historic city center.

Important: please note that check-in is allowed until a specific time. If this time is exceeded, an additional fee of €20 will be applied and must be paid on site.
