"This is a grand central city hotel with the usual European accompaniments well presented. The staff was great, the room comfortable, the breakfast fantastic. Enjoy Palermo from the Grand Wagner"

"A lovely stay. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable, clean and well maintained rooms. Lots of thought and high quality touches have been put into this B&B."

"★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay at Mercure Palermo – Misleading Photos and Poor Room Conditions Our experience at the Mercure Hotel in Palermo was extremely disappointing, and I would certainly not recommend this hotel. First, the main photograph advertised on the website appears to be very misleading and does not reflect what we experienced upon arrival. In fact, I could barely recognize some of the pictures shown online. This is not an honest representation of what guests should...

"I had cockroaches in my room. Hotel staff apparently came & sprayed. I’m doubtful. I had to keep the bathroom light on all night to keep them at bay. I also had to keep my suitcase on the bed, zipped up at all times . The furniture in the front lobby was Circa 1970 & the lobby smelled musty. Would never recommend this hotel."

"Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants"

"LOVED everyone here! Great location and amazing stay! Thank you!!"

"Clean room, staff was great,"

"Tutto perfetto! Ci ritornerò sicuro :)"

"This place is exactly as it is in the photos. A fantastic finish and money well spent on renovating this property. And plenty of space. Communication was great but instructions a bit complicated. The one thing that would have topped the visit, would have been having a fridge in the room. There is.a communal fridge downstairs, but one in the room would be better. All in all I would recommend. Thank you"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and inexpensive, and the location was perfect, very close to all amenities"

"Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place."

"Great location!"
