"Big complaint was true location not given on reservation. Both our friends and ourselves went to th HQ location only to be lead around the corner and a couple blocks down to actual rooms. Second , directions to take the bus to get our rent car were correct on bus number but not where the actual stop was, I ended up on 101 and the driver was able to set me right."
