"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

"Locational is phenomenal, rooms are great for what they are. Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in. They clean the room and make the beds everyday, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "

Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. Only minor issues were with the late check-in procedure and the beds, which were on the small side compared to most hotels these days. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again. "
