He told them about the beep and it was finally handled"

"This hotel is great the rooms are immaculate, bedding changed daily, breakfast is good depending on what you want but small portions, I have accessible needs and use a manual wheelchair, but I didn’t need a disabled room, however I did request a room close to an elevator and it was not easy to manoeuvre round the corners/corridors (the room was miles away from elevator) we kept the room because it was massive and lovely, overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location, close to Times Square and Broadway "

"The only thing I don’t like is that the hotel doesn’t prepare bottle drinking water but gave you $15 per night credit to buy at the marketplace. Just about 2 bottle expensive water. Other than that, great location, spacey space. "

"Hot water comes super slow, light works sometimes, the elevator is slow, poor internet. But generally it’s a big room for NYC, and a good location."
